Today was a power struggle with E. Monday and Tuesday I gave him his 2.5 mg of abilify when he got off the bus before we went to asap because one of the ladies running asap told me that he looked like he was getting angry during group and having some mild mood swings (which is ok, but I thought it could also be because his vyvanse is wearing off). So, Mon and Tues he did well. Today I forgot and on the way home I told him we were stopping at the grocery store. This was about 6:30 p.m . He tried to talk me out of going to the store because he just wanted to go home but I told him we would just be there for a few minutes. He then tried to bully me out of going by telling me if I bought junk food I would get really fat. When that didn't work he told me he was going to walk home. I still stopped. He went in with me and we got some things. He was ok in the store. When we came out I had enough money to get one movie from red box and I chose the movie this time. He got really mad because I didn't let him get a movie. I told him I only had enough for one movie and he could pick the next one out. He called me selfish, etc. We got in the car and he called me a jerk. I told him if he called me a jerk again he was losing his xbox for the night. I then told him he had to clean his room before he could do anything (I've been telling him all week to get it picked up). He called me a jerk again. I told him he couldn't play xbox at all. He punched the door and kept calling me a jerk. We got home. I took the xbox in my room. He then called me a whore, bitch, jerk..etc. I told him he should take his abilify so that he would calm down maybe. He said he wasn't going to take his pills. I told him if he didn't I was going to call the police. He took them. He went in living room and turned on tv and calmed down. This lasted about a half hour.
